We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Some restrictions may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories — additional shipping charges may apply to these locations.

P.O. Boxes
UPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes for eligible items through UPS Mail Innovations and UPS SurePost services. However, larger packages (such as AED cabinets) or items requiring signature confirmation may need to be shipped to a physical address.
Recommendation: For fastest and most reliable delivery, especially for large or signature-required items, we recommend providing a physical street address.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

- Apartment, suite, or unit number is included (if applicable)
- City, state, and ZIP code are accurate

- Someone will be available to receive signature-required packages

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with UPS to resolve the issue and get you a replacement.

🔍 Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please take these steps:
Look for the package at your front door, back door, garage, or other safe locations
Check with neighbors or other household members who may have accepted delivery
Check for a delivery notice indicating an alternate location
Contact UPS directly with your tracking number to investigate
Still can't locate your package? Reach out to us at dustin@talackosafetysolutions.com if the package doesn't turn up within 48 hours of the "delivered" status.
